Project Manager for Core 2 of the CRE - involving biomarkers and evaluation of risk tools  

The Melanoma Institute Australia (MIA) is seeking an experienced project manager to manage research projects within Core 2 of the CRE program. They will be required to work closely with researchers across multiple organisations initially on two main projects involving biomarkers and evaluation of risk tools. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-site, multi-faceted research environment.  Applications close 22nd April 2021

The role will involve actively leading and contributing to research activities, designing research protocols and ethics applications, designing databases, questionnaires, interview guides, and collecting, collating and recording data. They will report and present information from the research undertaken and ensure quality control and quality assurance of the data and research projects.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification and demonstrated prior experience leading projects in a medical research environment. A relevant post graduate qualification would be desirable. Ideally the successful applicant will have experience working with senior, world-leading researchers and delivering on strategic projects. The ideal candidate would have experience in a fast-past pace environment.

This is a full-time, contract role with the position ending on 31/10/2022.
